We have noticed that on some machines Panopto asks the user for an administrator id and password when launching the Panopto recorder via the web interlink from either sentara.blackboard.com or sentara.hosted.panopto.com. If you do see this pop up:


1. Submit a ticket to IT

2. A tech will be by to take care of the issue

     a. We believe that it is an issue on the users individual profile so it has to be fixed while you are logged in.

3. Click the red "X" in the top right hand side of the pop up.

4. Go about normal use of the Panopto recorder.
